Kelli sat down to chat with our General Manager, Joe, about the restaurant and the demand for a diner and bar like The Copperfield in the Mendota Heights area. She spoke with Ross our Executive Chef, about our fresh, scratch-made menu and fell in love with our Caramel Roll Pancakes on the spot.
